We went to Turkey a number of times to try and find a property to buy we looked in Bodrum and the surrounding area's and couldn't find anything that suited us at the right price. We then looked at Altinkum where we had stayed before. We had arranged to meet up with a number of developers in Altinkum for the time we were there. Ayhan was one of them and as soon as we met him he was so nice and honest and the others we saw told us a number of lies about various things. We had a good look around Ayhans properties and we loved the look of the villa's in the Pyramid complex. We signed the contracts before we left that week. Ayhan arranged everything and took us wherever we needed to go to sort things out. We were very nervous about the whole thing as we had lost money in the past in Spain but we didn't have to worry everything has gone smoothly, we are going back out to Turkey next month to see how the villa is coming on and can't wait to see the complex. To anyone who is thinking of buying property in Turkey please do your homework and look around there are many people over there who will sell you a property but not many like Ayhan, before you buy anywhere and want peace of mind check out Ayhan and his properties first you won't be disapointed. Just a great thanks to all in the office for saving me money yesturday. Having lost the guarantee on our air con unit which had broken down, we were told by the repairman there would be a bill of 300YTL to fix it, however the office staff sorted it out (without me knowing) with the air con company to chase up the guarantee from their end and someone was out on the same day to fix our broken air con. You exceeded my expectations and as we bought three years ago in Sevim complex, I think that is fantastic aftersales sservice. Drinks are on me guys!

Altinkum is a great place.i wont stop coming back there is a new place to get your flight tickets and airport transfers.its call charme tour ive booked my flight ticket from charme last week.nearly £30 cheeper then other companies !!!!

Not one to give a negative feed back regarding Aymet Homes,Ayhan and the team are the nicest and most helpfull people when helping you to buy a property in turkey,my only disapointment is last september when we came over to stay in our villa, which we bought through Ayhan in 2004.Is that when we wanted to sell it and look into buying a smaller villa in Altinkum. Aymet homes would not take on the sale which to say has put a bit of a negative slant on Altinkum,We will be over again in May to look at taking on other agents to sell our villa

Spent 5 days in Altinkum in dec 07 to look for a property we were lucky enough to find Aymet homes and to meet Ayhan who is great.

If you are looking to buy out here you cannot go wrong using this company we now have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in akbuk which will be ready in may 2008.

Great holiday at sultan apartments in july 2006. Only downside was we never went anywhere! But that was because we were happy around the poolside. Summer Gardens is great! Muhammet and Deniz (the apartments keepers) were very friendly and good at table tennis! Really good time, we were unsure about it at first, but, we are going back again this year in July, should be fun, shall pay summer gardens a visit aswell Overall, great apartments! see you soon!

Thanks to Ayhan for showing us some beautiful Villas in Akbuk we couldnt resist putting a deposit on one and cant wait for 2008.

excellent i loved the pool .i hope where goin to go next year am sure we will.the summer gardens resturant the food is lovely and your waiters are very kind and i thank them for lookin after us that night while our parents went to the damla.it was lovely on the last nite when we could have a good chat before we had to leave.i hope to see you in england very soon when we will have enough celbration of the new baby. thanks again for everything ayhan
